VIP SELLER OPTIONS FOR LISTING AND SELLING

OPTION 1: Standard Listing: Receive everything presented to you in our Seller Benefits Presentation (excluding the options below). List your home for 7% and $943 transaction/ processing fee due to closing (end of listing).

OPTION 2: Certified Pre-Owned Home: Become a VIP Seller and receive everything presented to you in our Seller Benefits Presentation as well as:

1. Certified Pre-Owned Home. Your home will be advertised as Certified Pre-owned Home. CPO homes sell quicker, for more money, with less hassle to the seller and buyer.

2. Prelisting Home Inspection. Your home is thoroughly inspected by licensed home inspector with a detailed report provided to you before being placed on the market. This avoids finding undiscovered problems that might otherwise delay ( or even kill) the transaction, giving you the opportunity and time to resolve the problems found or disclose them upfront to the potential buyer.

3. Seller Warranty. You receive a Home Warranty on your home while being sold.

4. Buyer Warranty. Buyer will receive a Home Warranty on your home while being sold.

5. Buy Back Guarantee. When you sell your home as a Certified Preowned Home, the buyer will receive our exclusive 24 months buy-back guaranteed, wherein if they are happy or not with their home purchase we will buy it back or sell it for free, adding more peace of mind and value to the home and ultimately to you, the seller.

6. High Definition- 360° Interactive Matterport Tour of your home placed on MLS, Youtube, Google, Zillow, Realtor.com, and over 3000 syndicated websites.

7. Exclusive Seller App with Feedback from showings to view prospects as well as access to agent comments who preview your home (you see what we see).

8. Up Front Record Search. Your home will be run through a preliminary record search through the online public records and the recorded information will be relayed to you. This will contribute to a smoother transaction to ensure any recorded liens, violations, mortgaged, and/or title issues can be addressed with your title company before going under contract.

All outstanding public online records will be addressed. Items such as (but not limited to) unrecorded liens, violations, mortgages, and or right of ways are beyond the scope of this search.

Cost will be 7% at closing with $1,995 paid upfront and $943 transaction fee due at closing.
